Should I continue this build? (quick question quick answers)

I've had this skyscraper in one of my creative worlds for a while now. It's still empty but I think the design is cool. Continue or no continue?

My tip is to not just continue with the building itself, but to also design interior for it. Preferably different for each floor (or at least multiple different designs spread over all its floors)
