I am trying to build a Role Play server.

I would love some input as to what to expect from Role Players.

So far I went for an RPG experience. So there are 3 classes to choose from, they have several skills they can earn as they level up and they can improve on their skills.

(this is an ongoing development.. i want to add more skills so players can choose from a variety which as of now is not the case. There are 5 skills and 5 skills is the max on the tool bar. I also want to add more classes)

This works very similar to Diablo -> the tool bar and activating the skills by pressing the assigned buttons - by default buttons 1 - 5 on your keyboard.

I have built several quest locations. in the beginning of the game you will do mostly mob arenas, wave based arenas in quests, the objective is to survive a certain amount of waves, then return to the quest giver and receive a reward for it, but also other quests like reaching a location and killing mobs there or breaking certain blocks and handing in items..

As you do so, you will level up your class, but you will also receive mcMMO skill points and rank up using your power level. (all ranks have more perks, like every time you rank up more colour codes in chat and signs, more mcMMO luck perks, more homes and so forth)

In the end game after you have earned your entrance to certain shops and hopefully geared up (!), you will be doing dungeons, that have even better loot and real tough walk through boss fights, with mob spawns inbetweeen.

I have setup a Discord with ingame chat and proximity voice chat (it's just completely empty, duh...)

There is a story line to it.
You are chosen to become a hero, what seemed to be just a game some seconds ago, has now become reality. And you must develop the skills to be able to defeat the corrupted King. His own son has called you to help him. Rossketir from dragon blood had corrupted the King and so he became for ever known as the Dark King. However, you and your fellowship possess the power to defeat him and return the lands to the prince, or maybe you can rule once and for all... who knows..?

So anyway, I would love some input as to how can this be the best Role Play server ever :)
