I Have a few Problems with your Application, I'm trying not to Judge but, It's pronounced "Bukkit" Not "Bukket", And for the .Do you know how to deal with impatient Players? You put i kick them at first, then if they keep acting up ill ban them for 24 hours. I'm 15 Myself, And I Plan this server to be a Hardcore Faction PVP Server, So Greifing would be allowed, And I Would get Plugins such as, NoCheat, Block Confusion, And So on, Just to make it a better Survival experience for our users.
Alright 15 is a reasonable age. I don't trust the younger ones to handle server usually. I see way too many thirteen year olds trying to get admin, or run a server. Then constantly asking for help. Pick me or not, I'm open to help.

I Have been on a lot of PVP Servers, And I Don't see many users Leaving over Rage, It's suppose to be a "HardCore" Server, So It's deal with the Raiding, Or Leave.

Very nice Application, I Needed someone more active, Because Moderators have to be pretty active to make sure the Server is running good when the Owners are offline, I Liked the things you created, I May consider you as A Builder, But there is still a Chance I will May make you Moderator.

The server is not Even CLOSE To releasing it to anyone, The Permissions still need to be set up, Plugins Updated, And So on, For a Public Release, I Would give it 2 Weeks or more, Sorry to tell you.

1.Over all Server experience : I've hosted many servers and I can make them in under 30 mins with ALL permissions and plugins setup and configurated. I have been dealing with bukkit and it's plugins for ever since it came out because I knew the creators from something else. I've been a staff in many servers Minecraft-wise and I know ALL of the commands and necessities for being a staff, I also know a bunch of plugins that'd be useful and I can configure some for you if needed. Aside from Minecraft I have been a staff in many servers, all of these experiences build into one and give me a great state of mind on what to do, what's right to do, what's wrong to do, and what not to do. Now, aside from the gaming world I have helped in forms of Customer Service for 7 years from phone to face.

Now even if there were a majority of people saying that he was breaking rules, I would believe them but I'm not retarded enough to take action without proof.
