I'm not actually sure how you would make bedrock invisible as changing it to a completely transparent texture seems to result in a default black color. With that said(If you are using 1.8+), Can't you just use the barrier block? It's completely invisible and it also acts just like bedrock.

texture pack version: 1.8,1.7

know but I need a block like the bedrock because:
- the bedrock block is durable and can not be broken in survival.
- the block makes the room darker so the mobs spawn.

That is unless, of course, ]he is making a pack for a version before 1.8, in which case the barrier block would not exist for him to use.

That is true, I didn't think of that. However, unless the transparent texture works in 1.7.10 or below, I still don't know how he would make bedrock invisible with a texture pack. The best thing I know to recommend at that point is a mod...
I will edit my comment to reflect this, thank you for pointing this out. :)

actually the blocks can become transparent, there is a texture pack that I found and makes all the blocks transparent clic here.
but I'm not how it works.

I'm not sure if it works like this, but maybe deleting the Bedrocks png and replaceing it with a completly transparent version of it.
It's just an idea, I don't actually know how texturepacks work :p
But maybe something in the code has to be changed too... Maybe looking at the way glass is coded and setting the "breakable" thingy to -1 would be able to give you invisible bedrock.

how do I get inside the texture folders and change the code?

Erase the bedrock texture from the image file. Make sure that it saves as a png

Should be the same as all the other textures I would imagine. But I may be wrong
