Mob Boss Datapack

Hi guys my names Nature_Master and in my server and single player worlds I have a problem which a lot of people have probably had. I'm bored! I beat the ender dragon, I beat the wither, I 1 hit zombies and skeletons with my good stuff and I have conquered every structure. I want some more boss mobs but I can't use mods so I want someone to make a datapack or send me a datapack that adds some boss mobs. Thanks a lot if you do,
