The sniffer is an ancient mob that hatches from eggs, which love plants that finds seeds by sniffing the ground. We're not quite sure, however it maybe able to spread seeds around like a pollinator. They say that it's quite a wise mob as well.
𝟐. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥:
The rascal is an underground mob that can likes to play hide & seek. Find it 3 times and it will give you a reward. The reward varies from an enchanted iron or gold pickaxe, to 1 to 4 ores. I wonder how the game of hide and seek will work but it's defiantly an addition to the underground.
𝟑. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦:
The tuff golem is a statue that can pick up items and hold them out after it turns into a statue again, more like a display case of some sorts. It goes to the spot that you built them in after getting the item, which could work as a sort of display mob to display all of your goodies, or maybe a shop. So many options!

yes you're right for me java and bedrock are kinda equal only that java has some things that bedrock doesn't have and vice versa and some some little changes in stuff like in the textures but unfortunately it is not what most people think and that since they dont think as so total chaos happens

The sniffer seems to be from a mod, it is useful, it will probably help with the environmental decoration by adding more plants and it is the opportunity to add "dinosaurs" to minecraft.

For sure, the sniffer is getting my vote for these reasons:
1. It's adorable.
2. We don't have a three-legged mob in Minecraft
3. It adds a variety to the mobs in Minecraft. (More ancient)

idk i think the sniffer is interesting and clearly the mob mojang put the most effort into but i personally think the design is disgusting. Probably voting for it just because new plants are cool and as a builder i like details like that but i feel like the design could be so much better

yeah I think the blocks would be awesome!
Personally I wouldn't want the sniffer because I don't like the design that much but hey if they're gonna do an archeology update anyways I don't particularly mind it

I guess the sniffer is the most useful especially for builders, the tuff golem would give us another use to the tuff besides being a simple building block but its still literally a cooler living item frame that goes around,can be interesting but personally i prefer the sniffer, and finally the rascal , i dont really think if this could be useful maybe for early game but it still seems a bit useless but the idea of hide and seek sounds interesting and could be quite useful for map makers, but the fact that he is called rascal is a bit suspicious

I think the sniffer is gonna get my vote, I don't really see the need for a statue to pick up your stuff... (maybe just don't be *lazy* and pick up after yourself ;) and the rascal seems like it would just be another thing to give you gold swords and stuff like a structure that already generates *cough cough* ruined portal *cough cough* both above AND below ground and you don't have to play hide and seek to get its loot.

All these voters calling them "walking item frames", "inefficient allays", or "copper golem's cousin" clearly watched the reveal video (or not) and let the words fall out of their ears. Instead, they're just flocking to a Barney the dino mob who's tossing around another plant clone.

honestly i love the sniffer i think it's going to be such a cute addition to the game, i love the idea that it's going to be bringing new flowers and stuff into the game!

You know, maybe the reason the Sniffer is an extinct mob is because it was never good for Minecraft in the FIRST PLACE, or in other words, the older updates.
So yeah, it's like a cool dinosaur you can hatch and keep with you. But what is its primary use? Nothing, just picking up seeds for more f***ing plants to infest a game whose primary theme is not gardening. It's like the Parrot and Axolotl, they do things like mimic hostile mobs or fight underwater enemies, but outside that, they do NOTHING. The Parrot, Axolotl, and Sniffer can all be adorable pets, but not everyone's pet.
Maybe we just need to take our heads out of the flowers and wake up to what the game really needs for once. If you're going to vote for something, THINK about it first. Don't just point and scream at a dopey dinosaur-thing like a kid with a Christmas present, cause you don't always know what's under the wrapping paper.

I have a question for you, what does Minecraft need? You don't make sense when you ramble off and give no reason for what Minecraft should be working toward the game.
What is wrong with another plant in Minecraft? It adds so much variety to the overworld. We need more variety in our current biomes. But I still don't understand your complaining when it's just a fun little event that Minecraft does.

Fun event aside, there's a ton of plants we just got from the Lush Caves. My comments might not sound appealing, but all the sniffer voters are doing the exact same thing.
For some uncanny reason they just turn their noses up at the other 2 mobs, especially the tuff golem because it's a "stupid walking item frame". They know it's supposed to be a statue, but for some reason the fact that it can hold item is logic enough for them to treat it like dirt. You think it's "fun" when one option gets sh***ed on just because the voters are more crazy about plants, even if they just got a decent amount of plants from the last update?
Mojang just needs to stop this voting crap if they won't put in the effort to make it a competition where the candidates all have qualities that the voters can comprehend with their biased little minds.

And as for the "what does Minecraft need" question, I am wishing there could be a statue block of sorts, and the Tuff Golem seemed like a clever option. But it doesn't have to be a statue, it could literally be anything new to Minecraft other than ANOTHER GODDAMN PLANT. Plant blocks can wait for 2 updates later at the least.
