Mod Creator?
I need to know a good mod making program. I need to know ones that are not in-game and actually work. I have tried Laymans Mod Maker and MCreator but I cannot get them to work. Anybody know any good ones?

It doesn't say "no modmakers" or anything like that. it says your work must be 100% orginal, and a modmaker does all the codeing for you when you click a few buttons here and there.

Can someone provide some links to Mod Makers? I never realized I could open a topic about it! All my submissions always get removed.
Can you please show me the rule? I looked through and did not see it, I just want some confirmation.
I checked it out and I am not a fan of it. I don't like how it is set up but it seems like it would be great for people who have used this before. I heard about MCreator so I am checking that out now.
No, its not. But it is against the rules to upload a mod that you used a modmaker for.
I looked at the PMC rules and it actually is not against the rules to upload mods...
