Relics - A Data Packing Contest

Theme
Use your creativity and data packing skills to add powerful and mysterious magical items into the game. These relics must be obtainable in a survival playthrough. You can make them have a crafting recipe, rarely drop from existing mobs, found in structures in the world, or even reward from a boss-fight! However, the relic must be balanced. A powerful relic must have something to balance it. It can be hard to obtain, or it can have drawbacks of using, or it can have low durability!
Rule
- Entries must be submitted by September 3rd (Friday) (Extended deadline)
- Data packs must be created specifically for the contest
- Must be playable, not excessively laggy or buggy.
- Must fit within the theme.
- Data pack must have a clear description of the features, in ENGLISH
- Must be posted in the data packs section on PMC
- No link shorteners, or advertised links. Mediafire is acceptable, but Ad.fly, Adfoc.us, etc. are NOT. Such download links will not be considered, and unless an acceptable alternative download is available, the entry will be disqualified.

Important announcement, the deadline has been extended to the 3rd of September, because it turns out I probably won't be able to test much this weekend so there's no point in restricting your time span.

school just started for me and 4 days isn't enough time for me to make a datapack (ik i finished one in like 8 hours for the speed packing contest but yknow)

Hey so I'm not really sure what counts as a Relic and what doesn't, but I had an idea so I made it. Hope this can count as an entry: Totem of Unbreaking

Not going to be joining, since I'm not really a competitive guy myself.
But there are other ways to balance something for a balanced idea.
Like an item can give you something incredibly useful, but has something bad that comes with it.
So, (this is actually my future idea, will work on that soon), I'm planning on giving people extra hearts of health, for example. There's no cap to this "extra health" gig, but there's a con: The more extra health you have, the less inventory slots you can use.
In short, you don't have to make it rare for it to be called "balanced".
There are always other ways to make them balanced.

I know there are other ways to balanced! In fact, my other idea for the contest was to have contenders create a data pack that adds a very powerful item, which is cursed to balance it! I've used curses to balance items myself in one of my data packs!
