Town contest!
Hello there! I thought I would try hosting a contest!
RULES!!!
1. Has to have at least 5 building
2. Has to have a town hall
3. Can be anywhere in a world
3. when done comment a link to the project
- 1 entry per person
- can be built as a team or alone, your choice
-has to be new, not a old project
please post as a project, that is the only was I can see it,and make sure to have pictures.
Dates: Feb.2-march 29
Judging
-Creativity
-Originality
-The criteria already given
PRIZES!!!
1st place: custom build
2nd Place: custom skin
BE AS CREATIVE AS YOU WANT!! THERE ARE NO BOUNDARIES!!
You can use mods, just say which mod you

I got them out, I can’t do the @ thing cause I’m on mobile
Sadly I could not do as much as I wanted - one week was just not enoght time for me. But here is what I could creat in this time. Sadly I could not do Interior, History and a few more things I am plaing to do. I hope you don't feel bad because the result feels more like a half work. Sadly I could not enter some of the other cities I created before ;(

Hello; I just have seen there is this contest going on; and I would like to join somehow - but now I need to ask something; because I've built two towns in the last two month (also in the time). One of this is a the town for my castle I built for TomConns Castle Contest that ended at beginning of this month. The village was not a real part of the contest, so could I enter this village for the contest, because the town hall would be part of the castle and so it wouldn't be a real new project even when built in time? The other village has also a little problem like this, because there where about two or three houses I built and uploaded years ago and then I stopped building on this village and started a few weeks again. More than 80% of the villiage is not older then 2 Weeks but there are these 20%; so I am I rigth that these 20% would ban this possible entry from entering the contest as well?
Maylindria I know you have given me the emerale so you've read my post; but you havn't answered; I would request a clear yes or no.
I would rather you just build a new one, sorry. Also sorry for not answering quickly, I had to think about it.

You said we have the right for mods. Do you mean that we wan use mod for the construction of the town ? Or can we use also aesthetic mods ? Personally, I'm using Custom NPC commodities and some Rustic Blocks.
And what about the texture pack ? Do you want to see the town pictures with the default look of minecraft or can we use them for screenshots ?

I’m fine with any type of mods, and you can use the texture packs for the screenshots

You could add some info about how you're going to judge the entries. Also like Giancarlovan mentioned, some visuals would be nice. An image with the title of your contest could grab someone's attention. 😁

Nice idea for a contest! Maybe even more people would join if you had a sort of poster for this contest :)
Can you explain what you mean by poster? I haven’t really explored with stuff, so I’m not sure what that is
I meant like add some pictures and details to the contest so that it would look even more interesting
