Welcome to the Edge PMC group! Here are some things you should know.

The server will be opening this summer in the mouth of June!

1. If you would please give me your Minecraft user name so I can whitelist you before the server even starts then that will make things for my team and I go even smoother.

2. When giving me your MC user name pleas PM me in this fashion (example): My username is Ajaren, it is a Java account. Or you might say
My user name is GageLovesGod, it is a bedrock account.

4. If you would like to become a server manager and have the ability to moderate this page and keep things looking nice please PM me for that access.

  Edge SMP is also cross play, meaning that you can join from either Java or Bedrock. So don’t worry if you only have one version or the other, this server is for anyone.
  
  This server is run by a dedicated team of moderators who ensure that the server runs smoothly, and players abide by the rules. The server is open to players of all ages, as long as they follow the simple guidelines set by the moderators.
  
  One of the main reasons why Edge SMP stands out from other servers is its commitment to a vanilla Minecraft experience. This means that players will not find a bunch of mods that alter the gameplay. Everything from building, crafting, and surviving is, shall I say, done the old-fashioned way. The lack of mods and plugins also means that players do not have to constantly worry about updates and compatibility issues. This allows for a smoother and more stable gameplay experience.

+Rules+
I know, you're probably saying to yourself right now, why rules, it's just Minecraft? And I would tell you, do not all games have rules? So, let's jump right in!

1. Above all other rules you are not to curse. This applies in chat and Proximity Chat. If you are caught breaking this rule continuously you will be temporarily banned from the server

2. Do not obstruct spawn and keep the surrounding area neat. Also, no killing at spawn (you may fight elsewhere though; I am not saying no PvP).

3. The construction of inappropriate builds is forbidden.

4. If a server moderator is addressing something you did you must pay them respect.

5. No lag machines, or chunk loaders.

6. And on a final note, please have a good time.

This server does have something called proximity chat, meaning if you come close to another player and turn your mic on you can speak to them! This is a fun addon (and the only addon). Please do not abuse it or our team will be forced to remove it.

What is SMP
SMP stands for Survival Multi Player. This is simply a survival server.
When is the server on?
This server is 7 days a week 365 days a year. Paying for a 24/7 server is not the cheapest thing to do😂
What version is the server?
The server is always going to be the newest version of Minecraft.
Is the server Java or Bedrock?
This server is cross play, meaning you can join from Java, Bedrock, or even Pocket Edition!
How do I join?
The IP address and PORT will be posted this summer on the day of its opening!

  Oh, an actual Minecraft server? I don't actually have the real game, srry. I'm still waiting for a new tablet. I just don't have the money and nobody gives away free tablets very easily. I hope to have it within the next 2 years tho.
