Its quite evident all around that something isn’t right. Or some
    things aren’t right.

Just look around and you'll feel it.

You feel this longing in your heart for something bigger, something different. Something.. something right.

I understand your longings for something real and right. I’m sick of our generations name being dragged in the mud. I’m sick of being defined by those teens out there who are ruining and wasting their lives and adults thinking that all of us are just the same. Just people who goof off and waste their lives.

I think that needs to change and I know it can.

Its easy to sit around and think someone else is going to do something about it, so why worry, right? If everyone thought that where would we be today? We’d never have set foot on the moon, we’d never have discovered the America’s. If we never make anything personal we're never going to get where we need to be.

And if your still reading to this right now you most likely desire the same thing
(And you must have an amazing attention span too!)

If you do decide to do hard things and be different I'm not telling you that it is an easy path. It isn't for the faint of heart. So if you want to stay where you are and no make a difference do it. But, your going to miss out on a lot of fun.

    (Ranting?)

Anyways join us if you haven't already.. Okay I feel like I didn't make this sound all that appealing at the end part lol. It doesn't cost you anything.. like moneywise x,D

Ayo! This group is not dead.

I'm hoping to maybe pop in once a month for this group. :)

If I forget sometimes it doesn't change anything. Even without posts of this group you can still do hard things. I may not be on PMC active anymore, but I am still doing hard things. Hard things. But, once you do hard things you will be so glad you did! There is absolutely nothing like the feeling when you pushed through something. Trust me. One step at a time can transform your life extremely. Just try it and you'll see for yourself! :)

Hey y’all, sorry for the group inactivity! I’ve been traveling a bit, and forgot to do some monthly challenges! As it is the end of 2024, there are going to be a lot of bonus quests, especially regarding the new year! I hope you all have had a wonderful 2024, and are excited for what is to come! Now, for the challenges!

    New Year’s Challenge:

Look back on the year, what are some things you would like to change next year? Write a list! ★
What were some highlights of the past year? Add that to the list! ★
What are some goals or things you would like to learn / do next year? Again, add that to the list! ★
If you’ve completed the whole list, that is worth an extra ★★★!
New year, new you! Clean your space, decorate in a way that you think represents you! ★★
    Make a New Year’s resolution! ★★

    Monthly Challenge:

Try and do one thing that you wrote down this month! ★★
Go outside, take a walk! ★
Do something you wouldn’t expect yourself to do, get out of your comfort zone! (Try a new activity, talk to people you don’t normally talk to, eat a new food! ★★★

    Online Challenges:

Wish 5 people a happy new year! ★
Try a different style of content compared to what you normally do! ★★★

That’s all folks, hope you have a happy new year! Hope you enjoy the challenges!

Good Morning Ya'll! (Or afternoon or evening)

I thought it was just around the time to post this months weekly challenges! Since it is November I thought we could have some unique fun challenges. So without further ado..

    In Real Life Challenges!

Help rake someone's lawn for them. Whether its your parents a neighbor or just some more elderly person who can't do it on their own. Go volunteer some time (Without getting payed) to go just genuinely help someone out! ★★
Deep clean your room for winter (Yes.. I even am planning to do this) scrub the floor, dust, maybe even redecorate for winter which will be here before we know it! Surprise your parents (if you aren't someone who usually cleans your room) and trust me if your room is clean you will be way less stressed! ★★★
This one is probably the easiest of these three. Find a hobby you want to learn this winter. Maybe if you live somewhere where it snows you could try out skiing! Just something you've wanted to do.. but just never make the time for it. ★

    Online Challenges!
Go to 5 people's guest books and tell them how much you appreciate them (Now be honest) ★
Make 5 skins for five people of their personas or oc's in fall or winter attire! ★★
Go decorate your profile for winter! ★

I hope you enjoy these challenges this month! :)

    Good Evening Ya'll

I thought I'd share this with you all since yeah lol

Recently I went somewhere with my family to check out some animals and this older lady who was rehoming them said a really hard remark to my brother telling him stuff about that she wouldn't recommend he should go into bars then when we said we don't drink she didn't really believe that he doesn't and questioned.

It's really hard thinking how much adults and plain older people look down on teenagers AKA young adults, thinking we're all heavy drinkers, party people, and just all together crazy.

How did it come to this? It went from adults seeing us as people with great ideas and strength. Right now your the strongest and can do so much, but it all goes to waste when you go down to meet societies expectations.

I feel really sad to say this. Most teenagers and young adults do the things up above. They really don't have any better thing to look at, their just doing what they're expected to do and no more.

But, you.. YES YOU can change that. You don't have to follow those expectations. We're called to be different I know you want to fit in, but it's the people who are different who make the difference.

If you see this please don't just scroll fast or just forget it I know it's easy to do so.

Every action you do effects those around you. Even if you don't see it or think so it does. People are watching you to see what you do. So what are you doing?

Hey There! I thought I'd share something with ya'll.

I find it very interesting how most trends revolve around teens and what they can make us think and even well.. believe about ourselves.

For some example beauty product businesses would like you to think your not beautiful so they can target you with beauty products. They know that teenagers are trying to figure out who they are and target their insecurities because they know people want to feel beautiful.

As Alex Harris a founder of the Rebelution put it.

Isn’t that exactly what has happened? Entire industries—movie, music, fashion, fast food—and countless online services revolve around the consumer habits of, you guessed it, teens. With all this money and attention focused on teens, the teen years are viewed as some sort of vacation.

It's true. If you can get to someone's insecurities and make them feel bigger than you can get to the person by making them think what you want.
To be honest it's creepy. There are so many ways people can write things to get your emotion to get you to buy something.

I thought I'd share this with you all as sorta a warning to ask yourself "AM I wanting this because I need it.. or am I wanting it because the advertisement I just heard?" Not everyone does that to make you buy something, but a lot of businesses do.

I know this is sorta off topic, but yeah.

    Thanks for reading! :)

    Hello fellow Rebelutionaries!

I've been (Once again) thinking for a while lol.

I feel like I haven't really had to much stuff (Well, super fun stuff) To do for people in this group.

So I propose an idea. I'm thinking of starting some group jams that would start at the beginning of some months, but there will only be about say 4ish a year every three months.

Like next month we can have a challenge for minecraft skinners (I have some unique ideas to make it different). And perhaps a few months later one for our artists and bloggers. If you like the idea share this post and also share if you think it should be a group only challenge or free for all!

    Thanks!

Guys I've been thinking for a while.
I know I'm not the only one who comes up with all of these awesome incentives of things I really want to do-- but never goes through with them. I'm meaning things like you want to start waking up early (That's me x,D), or maybe you want to stop being lazy (Now come on that's easy sometimes lol). Whatever your facing and want to over come now matter how little or big it seems to you. What if not being able to do it doesn't have to be a thing. What if you can do the things that you think of as hard? So I propose a challenge. Why not for the next two weeks (Including this week) we try to do those things. Now don't turn around and walk away just yet lol. One thing that I like to say is 'To never try is just another way to fail.' Its true. Your so scared about the outcome that you won't climb over that fence that you think is safe (Referring to your comfort zone) But, what if you could see what is up ahead of you, if you could trust me you'd be overly amazed. Trust me, if you dare lol. I know this challenge will be tough for me probably lol, but I know waking up earlier will help me a ton. The reward is so great. Why not try. As Alex Harris put it 'all effort—even failed effort—produces muscle' Over the course of the next to weeks refer back to this wallpost in the comments. Write what you'd like to challenge yourself with (Lets start with one thing at a time) We can all be sort of accountability partners for each other. If you'd like to join this challenge just comment 'Challenge Accepted' and write what you'll challenge yourself with.
I don't know about you but for me its a challenge accepted. :))

Hey everyone. (I know I'm gone but....)

I just want to say something to you all that I hope will be an encouragement.
Hold on to the people you love. Hold on. You don't know what tomorrow will bring. (WHat kind of encouragement is this?)
I'm not just talking about the people who are kind to you, but the people who literally drive you nuts! Take time. One of the biggest things at someone's death bed is regrets.
Why didn't I take more time for them? Why couldn't I have listened to them instead of talking on. Why.. why?
I'm saying this because I want to spare you. I know some days it's hard, but we're rebelutionaries we are people who see challenges, put our minds to it and climb. (Yeah it's hard) Take some time.
When was the last time you told your mom the simple words "I love you?" Or took some time to ask your friend out to get some icecream (Or whatever you enjoy to do together) When was the last time you put your phone down to give someone else time.
Time is limited, I know being Teenagers (Young adults) we tend it forget that thinking we are young and are gonna live forever. (I'm not using this as a scare tactic or anything lol. I challenge you today take some time to help that elderly woman, ask that person "How they're doing" and actually genuinely ask them!!
Thank you for reading this. I wish you all a good month and I hope this helps you. <3

Hey everyone! Sorry for the long break without monthly challenges, I was gone for some time and was unable to post them. However, they are now BACK!
Without further ado, let's get to it!

    In real life challenges:

Clean your room, and keep it that way! It may seem silly, but having a clean space can change a lot of things! If it is already clean, try rearranging some things, change your environment! starstar
School is starting up again for a lot of you, so make some academic goals! Are there any clubs you'd like to join? Maybe audition for the school play this year! star
As always, in this beautiful time of year, try and get outside at least once a day! star star

    Online challenges:

This is going to be goofy for this section, but, limit your screen time! Try and challenge yourself to a max of 1 hour on the internet each day. Figure out other things you can do to entertain yourself in your free time! star star star
Find a new member, or someone you haven't seen around as much on PMC. Support and encourage them! star star

I hope y'all have a fun time, you got this!

I believe its about time for our monthly challenges. This month we'll be focusing on a variety of different things. Verses last time we did challenges that mainly centered around you helping you grow, verses the challenges prior were focused on getting out of your comfort zone to help others. So without further ado ~ Lets get to it!

    In real life challenges:
For the rest of the month try getting out in nature by yourself at least every day of this month. (Or what we have left of it x,D) star
Try inviting a friend out even if its just as simple as getting tea (I'm not meaning like dating, just going and getting some quality time with the friends you don't hang out with as much) starstar
Make some goals for the summer of something you've wanted to do, but just haven't really had the time to do so. Where that is trying to learn another language, painting, taking up and new hobby anything like that. star

    Online challenges:
Find 1 or two (Or more if you'd like) Newer people on this site who need help and take them under your wing. starstar
Guest book or pm two people dear to you how much your appreciate them. star
Try posting at least 2-5 fanskins this month starstarstar

And that's all for this month. I'll just end this off by saying, you got this. :D

    ☔Monthly inspiration!🌼

I haven't done on of these in ummmm who knows when :/

Too long of time gap x,D

I know I was planning on having the monthly inspiration be stories based off people's lives who have done hard things, (I still plan to do those... maybe just not every month) I'm planning on just posting inspo, and things to help you get along with doing 'hard things'

So without further a do.. Lets do this. :D

Have you ever thought about dreams of things you wish to do. Picture this, your sitting in front of your computer, scamming through lists of goals that you haven't ever gotten started with doing yet. Your thinking of all of the things you wish you could do, but here's the thing, you don't think you could EVER possibly do them. Its just to impossible right? Maybe its trying to grow in a certain area in your life, for example laziness, or maybe its someone you've wanted to talk to for quite some time but can't get the nerve to do so, or maybe you've been wanting to accomplish something like running a marathon. Whether I listed it or not, I think we all have something we really want to do.. but for some reason can't get ourselves to do it. (I know I've been there done that)

But.. what if I told you that I may have a solution?

Right now, wherever you are reading this I want you to grab something and write this down. Have something to write on? At the top head it 'What would I do if there was nothing to stop me'

Than under that I want you to put down everything you wish you could do if nothing could stop you, and do it! (Now, Reminder: Somethings are impossible for you to do, don't put anything life threatening down pleasee x,D)

    I hope this helps!

Another month for another set of challenges: :D
This month will more be focused on things you can do to help yourself out of your comfort zone, verses last month really went over harder things you can do to help others out.
So without further a do, lets get to it. :)

    In real life challenges:
Try out a new game (or sport) (2 Stars)
Try out this month saying 'yes' as much as you can. (Okay, let me get this straight lol, don't say yes to things that could in danger your life or hurt others lol) But, just try out new things, don't be afraid to say yes. :D (1 Star)
And last, but not least. (I know I said this is more on helping you... but) This month try to be as welcoming as you can. Like stand at a door and open it for others. Help someone if their carrying a heavy load. Go introduce yourself to someone new (Or that you've never seen before) Invite others into your group. I know this is easier said than done for many. But, try it out, and at the end of the month, I'd love to hear how it went. :) (3 stars)

    Online challenges:
    Try participating in a jam
See if you can help out with any events.
Introduce yourself to all of the new people joining.

Good luck! You got this! :))

This month I'm going to try something new with the monthly inspiration.

You have no idea, that just by doing small hard things how much you can inspire people. I know as a teen its scary (I say this with experience x,D)

One little thing can change someones life. I know some people might be one track mind people. For example. Where you need to get something at a store and you fly right in, grab it, buy it and leave. Is that you? Okay, first thing there is nothing wrong with a one track mind, the only thing is, you miss lots of opportunities to influence people for good.

Lets say you go back in time, and instead of rushing in and out of the store you walk in slowly, and smile at everyone and see what you can do (like encourage others, compliment them on their outfit, help them out) [Again I know as a teen this is scary] But, think about it.

I've read something before I'll paraphrase it 'You'll never regret kindness (Never ever)'

I'll tell you something, when you say something or do something that makes someone happy its addicting lol.

    Apply:
Take some time this month to really think about this.
Stop telling yourself that just because your a teen you can't do __________ fill in the blank.

And have a good rest of your month. I encourage you to really try doing this, not just at a store, but everywhere you go!

    You got this! :)

We often want to do something good for others or achieve something, but it's really difficult to start. It's especially hard for teenagers, we're overwhelmed by school, adults often don't trust our ideas and we can't do some things.
I have an idea how to do it: start from smaller things.
As a certain meme says, "It ain't much but it's honest work". A bunch of small bits of honest work can help you achieve your goal.

I have a recent example from a few hours ago:
I am involved in various volunteer activities and I wanted to ask my school to help with collecting things for one of these. However, I was scared to do it. The volunteer group at my school is large and there are so many more people that I'd have to tell about it. I didn't know if they would accept my idea. I'm a teenager and I can't drive, so I would have to ask someone for help to deliver the collected things.
I decided to start with a more achievable goal. I asked a group of people who are involved in the case (less than me, but they know about it) if we can do it. They accepted my idea.
If it goes well, I'll ask people at my school if we can do it too.

The group's challenges are good idea of things that you can do to make others happy.
Remember that you can achieve a lot if you don't give up at the first time when you're unsure.
