What We're About!

SKIN JAM is a timed event whereas skin artists are given 24 hours to create an original skin from scratch in the given time-frame.

The main goal is to bring people across different facets of skinning together, encouraging individuals to push their boundaries- whether alone or amongst peers. Forging lasting connections in their own work. Welcome!
FAQs

What am I allowed to do before the event begins?
You ARE allowed to prepare references, mood-boards, notes, e.t.c. to ensure the execution of your idea(s) are easy-going once the event begins.

However you are NOT allowed to work on the skin-submission(s) itself. That is strictly off limits until the event begins in your respective timezone.
Can you change the timezone?
Unfortunately someone will always be left in an awkward position regardless of when the 24-hour window is chosen.

For right now, we're concrete with 10AM EDT - 10AM EDT, although alternate starting points may be discussed in the future.
Can you provide a grace period?
No. Previously we've allowed extra time, however it was deemed counter-productive.
So please be sure to submit your work within the 24 hour period!
