I know what a sensory disfunction disorder is now. And I don’t know for sure 100% but from this question thing it looks like I have it and my parents just said it explained a lot, so I guess I’ve been showing signs for a while now. ANYWAYS. My therapist told me that sensory replacement is a good way to overcome overwhelming situations that I might encounter like on the bus or at school or something. So, following this rant I have a question. Does anyone have silent fidget toys they use? I’ve looked everywhere on Amazon and other web pages but it just seems like they all have bad reviews or are noisy or are poorly made or break easily. If you have any you recommend please do share! Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

Yea, my parents seem pretty uncomfortable whenever I bring it up and my dad keeps trying to hint at the fact that he doesn’t really believe I have it, so there not really helping right now. Thank you very much for the suggestion! I think I actually might have some old charm braclets or something.
