tysm to the people who tried to help but i decided to just do it manually :c it wasn't that hard since i didn't start the back or insides of the limbs though, so thankfully i didn't waste too much time fixing it \(^ω^\ )

time to actually finish it now, though..

oh no!!
that sucks, I hate it when that happens ;-;
fortunately there are sites you can use to easily flip your skin back to the front.
this site is the one I like to use because it’s simple and does the job of fixing backwards skins nicely. (note: you would have to select “slim arms” so you don’t get back weird lines on the arms when you put the fixed skin into the editor.)

GIMP - GNU Image Manipulation Program is a legaly free program (under a General Public License v3 & later)
