could also be your headphones. Headphones have more impedance than speakers so it takes more power to drive them. My nice headphones are 80ohms so I have to turn the volume to like 70% to hear at "normal" levels, compared to earbuds which are 20ohms and sound normal at 30% volume. most speakers sit at around 8ohm.

i'm so confused and lost

one of my friends just broke more trust in two weeks than anybody ever has in my entire life

and now it's my fault i guess?

idk. i can't tell if i'm being guilt-tripped, if they're victimizing themself, if they're shifting the blame, or if i'm just in the wrong somehow?

i feel guilty even though i know what they did was entirely their fault
