The unknown is a fascinating entity: On one hand it's the greatest fascination of all, something that you want to discover and figure out. On the other hand, it's also the entity that scares one the most.

I often say this, and I believe it holds true in most given scenarios, but I want to apply it to a common topic on pmc and in regards to pmc skinmaking specificially: Skin styles and changing them.

"What will my followers think?", "Will my new ideas be better?" are common worries: These are natural to worry about. Usually other people are as interesting in experimentation and new ideas as you are, so by any means, going for it is a great idea.

This leads to a second situation: Don't get stuck in something you don't want to do in regards to skinning on pmc just to please others. You're spending your free time doing this, have fun with it.
