    Mostly dirt hut but sometimes I dig into a hill or if I don’t manage to get a bed, I go stripmining instead.

    Alright, with Huevember over I was a bit unsure what I wanted to do next event wise, but I think maybe it's time for a good ol' fasion palette challenge! Like in the past, I'll be leaving the palette to a vote between four others, so vote here for which palette you want to see!

    Gah since getting it as a birthday gift pokemon ZA has further killed my huevember speed due to me spending time shiny hunting instead of skinning. I'll have to catch up this weekend because I'm gonna be busy next week lol. Why did 2019 me decide to pick my most busy month to make a daily skinning event??? XD

    A little teaser for tomorrow, had to get a little ahead since I have a somewhat busy weekend. Having a lot of fun with Huevember so far, if anybody has been on the fence in joining its never too late. Feel free to skip to today or just do whichever days you like the palettes for. I tried to do some more "different" palettes this time around and they have added a bit more to the fun of the challenges.

    Huevember has begun! I've been having a lot of fun so far. It's kind of been nostalgic for me a bit, but also it's just been a fun thing to give me a break from other things I have to do. Quick reminder that if anybody wants to participate, you are allowed to skip days and you are allowed to upload late, so if anybody wants to start now or play catch up its never too late!

    If you haven't already seen it, or somehow missed it, this is probably going to be one of the PMC contests ever, so if you like limited palette stuff, definitely check this out and give it your best swing. The palette this time around is really interesting to work with, as PBL always has been. I've already made four different unfinished skins trying to put my best foot forward for the competition.

    SSPBL is back! This time in a new experimental season where we return to the roots of PBL: A PBL that was made without gimmicks and without colour grids. A PBL where you mostly got 12 colours and then had to make a skin using just those colours. We call this concept SSPBL classic. Apart from the changes to palettes and lack of gimmicks, everything else you know and love about SSPBL will be the same for the season!

    To enter the SSPBL classic season, please make a skin with the preliminary round palette and submit it to our season preliminary jam: SSPBL Classic I - Preliminaries Jam on Planet Minecraft


    For the preliminary round, we have prepared a 12 colour autumn inspired palette. Cranio and I have tirelessly worked to test the palette to make sure you can use it in a multitude of ways, and I can happily say that we think you'll find working with these 12 colours a lot of fun:



    If you need some inspiration, we have prepared a showcase skin that might give you some ideas as to how the colours could function!

    Alright, just finished putting the Huevember page together. Originally I thought it'd be wierd to put it up this early but apparently the original two Huevembers I also posted it a week early as well.

    So I know I want day 15 of Huevember to be a wildcard of sorts, and I've narrowed it down to two ideas, which one do you guys think sounds more interesting?

    - Pick 1 color from each of the first 14 days, and make a skin using only those colors.

    - Pick 3 of the 5 color palettes from the first 14 days, and make a skin using only those 15 colors.

    Not going to lie, I made all the assets for this thing like last month, but I'm still finalizing some of the 30 palettes. Looking at 2020 and 2019 I posted the main blog a few days before, but I'm debating when I want to put together the Jam page (TBH I'm only using jams because I want to be able to give trophies.) I wish there was a way to assign specific trophies, but I think the plan will probably just be to have a jam anybody can join for the participation trophy, and a second jam for the full 30 day trophy? I really liked making a trophy for the people who stick all the way through, so I really want to do that again, even if the Jam system doesn't seem to be made for that kind of thing. (Also I already made both trophies and want to use both of them lol)

    Just got messaged by somebody who was almost scammed into "buying" my account. It's a good thing my NameMC was linked and they were able to notice it wasn't the same as the seller's. I've had a lot of emails from people trying to buy my account before, but never something like this. Always be careful with account security if you have minecon capes.

    Man past few days been a bit busy lol, between getting into the new wynncraft minigames and fixing a bunch of old lego sets to sell I've been doing a lot of things other than skinning. I'll have to make up for that with november around the corner.
