My brown palette runs stripped dark oak log/regular spruce log --> mangrove log --> oak log --> stripped spruce log --> mud brick --> stripped jungle log --> stripped oak log --> stripped birch log --> sandstone. I try to use colorful gradients to accent that brown gradient.

Ren has a good idea of generally what blocks are used, but specifically for which building(s) do you want the palette?

Here's what I can see, apologies if I'm incorrect at all lol

- Building (from base to roof/bottom to top): Mud bricks & packed mud, oak planks, logs (seems like all types, including normal & stripped), trapdoors (looks like oak and mangrove, and maybe some acacia? + spruce n' dark oak at the top), wood stairs + slabs (spruce and dark oak mostly, I think), terracotta (plain, magenta and purple) calcite + diorite (+ smooth diorite), anvils, walls (mud)
Edit: it looks like there's an assortment of prismarine blocks + warped planks (stairs?) on the building as well, in the back.

- Terrain: Looks like calcite and diorite for the mountain, grass blocks + path block, and an assortment of stone (stone bricks, andesite, stone) for the grey areas, then oak leaves for foliage (+ some moss, it looks like?)
