    Days have passed and a ton of work has been done to set up upcoming changes and improvements
    a thing that was on my wishlist for way too long were: waterfalls
    I still think those can be even further improved and done more dynamic and stylized but that's up to Future-Meddon.



    here are the changes

    • πŸ“€ river rework
    • πŸ“€ fixed a baseband issue where pitfalls occurred
    • πŸ“€ river adjustments for better flows
    • πŸ“€ rebased manual input layouts
    • πŸ“€ added better mountain isolation
    • πŸ“€ split mountain biome mask into jagged, rocky and frozen
    • πŸ“€ jagged mountains have now frozen mountains biome at the peaks
    • πŸ“€ Glacier node reworked / simplification
    • πŸ“€ Glaciers form now better when interacting with other mountains
    • πŸ“€ fixed a mask that reduced mountain height
    • πŸ“€ fixed secondary arctic biome
    • πŸ“€ added swamps as terrain-altering biome
    • πŸ“€ reduced cliff-beach extensions
    • πŸ“€ reworked terrain textures
    • πŸ“€ broken the meanders and deltas #WIP

    New finished.. ive been working on for days..
    because i went down the rabbit hole of: "i could add/change/improve this and that
    and so it became the smallest map with like months worth of changes

    The biggest rework has been the snow and texturing. Reworking the flows, sediments and tallus´s.

    πŸ’ MCS SMP - Updates and new additions

    • merchant events updated
    • merchant balloon loot updated
    • 3 new merchant sub events with increased difficulty (you should really get some gear together)
    • /warp plaza is now the proper new location (made by @CaraRose thx! )
    • new merchant event type added
    • different merchant events will now happen around 15:00, 18:00, 22:00 and 02:00 berlin time (UTC+1 but currently summertime so +2) , timings can be adjusted in the future

    • added secret locations for treasure hunts (see 🚩server-events )
    -- note: members can submit new locations for treasure hunts and other events
