    With the new function to disable public skin downloads, I've taken the download option off of my Jam contest entries. Everything else is still FTU and accessible like before.

    You may be wondering why; and it's a bit of a silly reason. I've seen players mistake my jam entries for FTU skins that ended up getting used on the server I roleplay on too. So when I wanted to still use one myself but then found someone else playing what was basically a dupe of my character, I was like "well.. this is awkward" LOL. So let's I hope don't run into that problem again going forward.

    In other news, I was going to resume regular uploads once a kind of personal life cannon event happened. However, it hasn't happened yet - so that's a little awkward, too. I'm ready to resume when it does happen though, and will be happy to come back for another year or half-year.

    Skin artists can now choose whether to disable downloads on per skin basis. Why? Because some artists want to share their personal skins, some want to share commissions, and some just want credit and more control over how their work gets used elsewhere.

    When you upload or edit a skin (or mob skin), you'll find a new "Allow public downloads" toggle. Turn it off and:
    • The download button disappears from the page
    • The direct download link is blocked, even if someone has it bookmarked
    • Your skin still shows up fully in listings, your profile, and search. It's just view-only

    This is opt-in and only affects new uploads or skins you edit. Nothing changes for your existing downloadable content unless you flip the switch yourself.

    Artists please note that this feature discourages casual downloads but cannot guarentee complete protection of your work. Hoping to see some high quality inspirational skins that would otherwise never see the light of PMC!

    little 2026 update: started my 2026 off with a promise to go on more dates. I've since then have fallen in love, and plan to get married next year.. lol lifes funny. a little promise has turned my life and my partners life around, meeting eachother saved us both, and I'm so happy to have met them.

    Hello? So I am not sure if anyone will read this or even remember me but I was feeling nostalgic. It seems that last time I posted something was ten years ago. TEN years. Safe to say that as a good chunk of time that has passed. Looking back at that time I had just started college. I had a whole plan of how my life would be at this point and welp…. None of my plans happened. Long story short basically, my full-time job is taking care of my glitching, held up by tape and prayers, body. I did finish college years ago though! I’m proud of that. I also realized I pushed my body too much for practically my whole life. Hence why I have been paying for it for the last, I don’t know, eight years? There are some things you can’t help and it really is just bad luck and genetics, but take care of your health. Both physical and mental. It’s a good investment. <3

    For getting there, post things that many people know and like. Most of my vehicles are pop culture icons or famous in some other way. Or they are so mundane that everybody has seen one in real life themselves, that also counts as "well known" I guess. But yeah, "known" and "liked" by many people is the key I think.

    Wrecking Ball is back! I just had to remove any mention of OW from the post. This might make it slightly harder to find the map if you serach for "OW builds" (since the submission doesn't contain any "OW" anymore), but better to have a map that is hard to find than having no map at all xD

    It was striked by Blizzard (the company that makes Overwatch) themselves, not sure why though. My other Overwatch builds didn't get striked, just this one. I was advised by PMC to remove any mention of Overwatch from the post, as it seemed like Blizzard is using automated systems to search for keywords or maybe even images. That's why I removed the reference images, too. The Minecraft content itself is fine.

    Its a bit unfortunate, and sucks as a builder myself. Idk what I can say about it, as its an internal discussion atm. Being from Blizzard themselves, we have to honor the complaint (even if automated) until it is reviewed. Now I don't know what that entails.
