Just a lil update to say I’m scrapping the below project. I was losing interest in it and with new brushes, schematics and scripts, I’ve decided to make a different project instead. Much bigger, better layout and a lot more fantasy stuff.


I’ll also be making extensive use of the new Axiom mod to add a lot of details post-export. I’ve got a lot of ideas for this one…

New major project update.

Things are going well so far. I've made a fair amount of terrain and I'm still working on detailing. It takes me awhile to get anything done because I want to make sure everything works from a gameplay perspective (and that my forests aren't too taxing on PCs...)

So far most of the things I wanted to do will still be happening, but I won't be using Underilla to make an underground. It's a tricky program to figure out and I'm useless at figuring out server stuff. If anyone wants to generate an underground for me with it when I've finished, let me know!

I'm also probably going to skip floating islands. I don't want big shadows everywhere and I couldn't figure out a way nicely. I might make some unique glowing grass and trees that only appear under floating islands, as a sort of unique fantasy forest or woodland. But we'll see.

And I usually don't post maps in progress but here's the new map, Aeosta, as it is today:

I've begun working on my next major project! It will be my most ambitious project today as I intend to add:

• More post-export terrain editing to allow for more overhangs, tunnels and a more interesting world.
• Floating islands
• An extensive underground with handmade caves, tons of custom cave layers, entire surface biomes being underground and, if I can get it to work nicely, making use of Underilla
• A maximum height of 512 to allow for floating islands to truly have their own space in the sky, plus a minimum of two tall mountains
• Many more custom biomes, including reworked vanilla biomes and "repeat" biomes to take advantage of biome blending and make grass have a more varied colour range
• Custom builds by me

I also want to squish all of this into a 12k x 12k map somehow.

I'm not putting a timeframe on this as I've got tons of ideas to put into fruition, but I aim to have it finished by the end of the year.

Unlike my other projects, this map is currently being made for 1.19.2. If the mods I use are updated to 1.20 fairly quickly, then it'll be made for 1.20 instead. I really want those cherry trees...

Hey!
The last time this account was really active was about 4 years ago... Which is insane to be honest that now I'll be graduating soon.
I am attempting to come back into this account, but I don't have any past creations, brushes, schematics, ideas, or anything because it was a past computer. I will be starting new projects though! All of them are new! I don't think I'll be getting back into Conquest Reforged for a bit though because I don't have the building ability to get trees nor the energy to hunt other creators' schematics. Hopefully, I will be back into Conquest soon though, it was one of my favourite mods for Minecraft. Willing also I have time. Life is happenings and I am moving a ton with near graduation from Highschool now and last time I was active I was 12-14 years old.

Enough about me. I want to talk to you! I gather ideas here because a lot of my items are non-existent for world painters so where is the cool new stuff or the hip new terrain things? I don't know, you tell me anything about the Planet Minecraft world even, I am so lost. Just a guy on the web.
