This is my entry for the Biome Swap mob contest :) I got some free time and really wanted to do a Mushroom Fields themed mob and this cute little guy is what I came up with.


I really like this idea for mobs honestly, I might do a few more just for fun.

CONCEPT
These little bees collect mushrooms & mushroom juice to make mushroom stew instead of nectar and honey, their houses are little mushrooms instead of hives (you can harvest stew instead of honey from them), and the mushroom stew that they produce is what is used to make giant mushrooms. The bees are friendly with you unless you pick the mushrooms near their homes. They will even pick mushrooms off of mooshrooms but the cows don't mind because they're the best of friends. Their body and wings are mycelium so that they can collect mushrooms with their wings and bodies but also blend into the biome if they need.
