"It's about midnight. My friends and I entered the corn maze at dusk, but I haven't seen anyone since. The moon is bright. So bright, I can see my own hands. I can also see the tall scarecrow that stands at the center of the maze. I thought I could use it to get my bearings-- but it seems as though no matter how far I venture out, it's always in the same spot..."
