- Jump 2 blocks high
- Sprint 3 times as fast
- Get damaged much less*
- Jump huge distances while sprinting. I.e 10 blocks
- Damage mobs LOADS with your fists* (like 3 hearts)

- Open your minecraft.jar
- Delete meta-inf
- Drag all of the files from the download into it
