Hello PMC! Do you ever get bored of diamonds and gold? Well I do so I made the Amethyst mod complete with tools,ores,and gems. Now you will be able to have more of challenge getting this rare gem. Need help crafting no worries it has the same crafting recipes as a normal vanilla pickaxe recipe. Got any bugs report them here or contact me through the information in the README.README includes contact info, current bugs, and installtion guide. NOTE THIS NEEDS MODLOADER.

You make it like a regular pickaxe. Same crafting as a vanilla pickaxe expect the iron/gold/etc is amethyst gems.

Well first you need an IDE (A programer's text editor) A Java compiler(MCP Minecraft Coder Pack) Java knowledge.

I like the fact that you can enchant these but a bug i found was when you mine away the Amethyst block instead of giving you 1 block back it gives you 8 more blocks!. And the ore can be mined with any any pickaxe. Do you think you can make it so you can mine the ore with only iron pickaxe+ and make the amethyst block drop only one?

I noticed the block thing I was accidentally put the code for that in the wrong place. I will make the Amethsyt Ore minable only bye Iron+. Thank you for the feedback.
