Color Blocks is a mod for 1.21.4 NeoForge that adds blocks for each unique color of Minercaft and Grass, Foliage, Sky, Water, Water Fog and Fog colors of biomes with variants (different as concrete blocks because they don't have texture but just 1 color variant for each colored block).
