BcBroz helped me learn the basics too, but don't say on them for too long, as they do a lot wrong in later episodes (If you have a problem, do not be scared to ask on the bukkit forums, as they are always willing to help)

Instead of using blaze power, could you use a regular firework? Or does it not work because of Bukkit's item naming system?

No fireworks work, but it was fireworks but when you right clicked the block... the blaze powder was chosen to represent flames coming out like a jetpack or something like that and they don't go away when you right click the ground
