Hub Plugin [Bukkit 1.7.Latest!] (Making servers better)

Do you hate those servers where you loose hunger in the hub or can get damaged in the hub? Well not any more! Hello this is a basic plugin that spices up your hub. When a player logs in it says"Welcome -PlayerName- to our amazing server!". It heals the player every time they join and does not let them loose health or hunger. They are not able to break, PVP, drop, or Pick up anything. This nifty little plugin also gives them the wither effect and speed, it may also give them jump boost but it is not in the code. The last thing it does is set the time always to be day. When you have this plugin on not even the owners or moderators can break or place stuff, this good for those trolling admins! Overall this is a unique plugin that makes your server a little more professional! With new updates you will now walk around with ender eyes breaking behind you and your health bar set to three! Why you ask? Because this plugin is all about making you server look better.
