How To Install
1. Download the latest version of the Fisk's Superheroes mod
2. Download the latest version of the heropack
3. Launch Minecraft (with fiskheroes installed)
4. Go to Options -> HeroPacks -> Open heropacks folder
5. Drag or paste the heropack file in your heropacks folder (don't unzip the file)
6. Load a world and use the /fiskheroes reload --resources command or restart your game

It's just tutridium ore. You should have encountered it in survival gameplay by the time you need to unlock the node.
