Description:

Simple Custom Message is a easy, simple and lightweight plugin for server owners to use to create commands that their players can type in the chat to reveil info about the server. It has the ability for you to create as many commands you want using it's config in the correct format.

Not only that it can allow you to create custom commands, you may also clear the global (Everyone's) chat using a simple command.

Commands:
▪ /scm - Main Command;
▪ /scm reload - Reloads the config;
▪ /scm clear - Clear the global chat[/spoiler]

Permissions:
▪ scm.scm
▪ scm.reload
▪ scm.clear

Installation:
▪ Download the jar file;
▪ Place the jar into yout plugins folder;
▪ Startup the server;
▪ Configure the plugin using the config file;
▪ Done!

Variables:
▪ %NAME - Diasplay the players default name;
▪ %DISPLAYNAME - Display the players name w/ their Prefix and/or suffix

Great job doing all this work but all of this can be done with KHobbit's Essentails plugin which almost every Bukkit and Spigot server has.

Yeah, this plugin is about 8 months old, and was one of the first plugins I've made when I started on plugin developement. Even though other plugins support things like this that work much better, I still like to update it every now and then ^.^
