Thu'um is a bukkit plugin that allows players to perform shouts or Thu`um's as seen in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Shouts are an ancient form of magic used in Skyrim.  Cooldown for shouts and the length of effects (Such as BecomeEthereal) can be configured in the config. To use a shout simple use /Shout <shout name> replacing <shout name> with the usage name of a shout.

Really nice plugin! There should be a config where you can modify the cooldowns.

Yeah, but some servers still use Bukkit. Also Glowstone supports most Bukkit plugins. www.glowstone.net/

It requires Craftbukkit which has not yet been updated to 1.8, so it isn't compatible
