The Neptune stable is the town stable of San Marina, and the sign at the front is the Italian translation of 'the stable of Neptune'!
I'm really happy with this build, I've added a birds-eye-view of the entire build, it includes:

• 14 Horse Slots
• 1 Jumping Track
• 1 Cross Country Trail
• 1 Stable Office
• 1 Stable Apartment
• 1 Tack Room
• 1 Horse Transport Truck

Unfortunately, the map isn't available for download, but is open for public use on Argo MC! as soon as the server opens, you're welcome to come along and use the facilities, or have a horse there! We actually have a really cool plugin, that lets you transport your horse across the map.
