1250 Broadway is a 447-foot, 39-story International-styled glass-and-steel tower completed in 1970 and designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon. Towering over Herald Square, it was renovated in 2013 and later in 2020, making it a LEED Gold certified office building.
The 2020 renovation was not the one it underwent in real life, but the one I came up with on my own - preserving the original exterior for the most part but making it brand new inside.
On the first floor the building has the lobby and miscellaneous commercial space. The top floor of the building, beside serving mechanical purpose, now has a restaurant with unmatched views of the Midtown.
This time the difficult part was actually the facade and the planning - the angle that the Broadway runs at was simply making the building look warped - in the end I managed to shift some blocks around so that it still visually matched the angle but was not as badly deformed as it would've been.
If you like the build, please visit the main city page (to be updated and reuploaded). Thank you.
Building time: 9.5 hours. Includes planning.
Resource pack: Citrus Community Pack V1.2b (early stages wip, lots to be redone).

I know that the resource pack is still members only, but how are the window frames/mullions pulled off?
Are they a model in an item frame? I know that Cubed has an amazing set of 3d models using the different variations of Redstone, but how do these work?
If that's a secret for now, I'll just have to patient wait :3
Again, great work, love every single one of your builds.
Funnily, if I were going to do a catchup for all builds that should have been done and posted, I would have to do 122 of them hahaha, that is if the period between them was 5 days. It sure feels good to be back, but to an extent haha
