The Sohmer Piano Building is a 13-story historic Beaux Arts (or Neo-classical) mixed-use office and apartment building completed in 1898, renovated in 2019. Located at 170 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron District, right across the road from the Flatiron building.
Designed by Robert Maynicke as a store-and-loft building for real-estate developer Henry Corn.
The renovation included partial repurpose of the building for luxury apartments and refurbishing of some remaining commercial space in the building.
This is a full 1:1 scale replica.
