Olympic Tower is a 51-story International-styled mixed-use skyscraper, located at 641 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Completed in 1974, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Built for the Olympic Airlines and served as their office until 2009, when the company went bakrupt. Since 2009 is owned entirely by Wilmington Properties (HQ in Elmore, SH) with floors 2-19 serving as Class A office space and floors 21-50 serving as luxury condominiums.
During its life the ground floor storefronts were renovated many times, spoiling the facade of the building. After a 2017 renovation the original facades and double lobbies were restored entirely.
