Croisic Building is a 269-foot, 21-story historic Gothic Revival (or Neogothic, if you like) mixed-use office and apartment building completed in 1912, renovated in 2023. Located at 220 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, right across the road from the Madison Square Park.
Designed by Frederick C. Browne for the Croisic Realty Company, it is clad in granite, light gray brick and terracotta.
The renovation featured full mechanical rework, allowing for repurposing the roof for a premium penthouse with a private garden on a terrace - a true mansion crowning the offices. The missing in real life part of the roof that opens up the flat surface has been redesigned to a retrofit original-esque roof with dormers.
The first two floors, beside the white marble lobby, feature two restaurants and three other units of leased space on the first and second floors.
It's been a tough one to get right as many details I had to shrink and find extraordinary ways (even more than creative) to achieve the look it deserved. One of those ways was remodeling two fence gates to be vertical slabs in Blockbench to at least in some way get more accurate looking base. And lots of debug stick on the crown, including the central dormers that are placed between two blocks thanks to the wall blocks I debugged.
This time it actually features full interior for the first two floors, then the penthouse and all the public areas (elevator and stairwell halls), hence it took so long.

Either way, I continue building and improving, you'll see remasters and revisits of previus uploads here in the near future. I've been inactive for almost two years, and I cannot thank you enough for staying with me all this time.
I'll keep uploading at a slower pace than normal as university still takes a lot of my time.
