ZZzzzz.... What is that noise? Bees! With this one command creation, you can add Bees and Behives that you can find naturally in the world! You can get the command by clicking Minecraft World Save or Pastebin.
If you have had lag issues from this vanilla mod, there is now an alternative that is lag free! The only setback is that the Bees are a bit larger, but other than that, it works the same! To get the Lag-Free version, Click Here for the Text File or Here for the Pastebin.
Features:
-Bees naturally spawn at night on the grass. (You will need to have zombies enabled for natural spawning)
-Bees fly around.
-Bees will not seek you out, but if you get too close, they will hurt you.
-You can attack and kill bees.
-Bees make a bee sound.
-Behives will be created under leaves by bees that don't already have a behive nearby.
-Behives will occationally spawn bees.
-Behives can be picked up by right clicking them. And they can be tossed under a leaf block to place a new hive that willl spawn bees.
-Behives can be places like a block. (They are not active if you just place them)
-Bees will spawn new hives if their hive is taken.
-Behives slowly rotate for added effect.
-Bees that are at the right stage in life that fly over any type of small flower, will be pollenated. Then when they get near their hive, the hive will drop a honeycomb!
-When a bee pollenates a flower, it will go back to a younger age.
-Honeycombs can be eaten by placing them in your final slot of your hotbar to the far right. Then looking directly up for a couple seconds. They fill one hunger pop.
-You can craft a beekeeper helmet by tossing a leather helmet and a beehive on the ground.
-Beekeeper helmets prevent bees from damaging you.
Preview Bees:
Place the command block in the west side of the spawn chunk, because the command will generate the machine to the east. I recommend this machine to be put in the spawn chunk more than my others, because problems could occure if it is not always running. You are weclome to share this with others and use on servers because it is 100% multiplayer compatable. This is compatible with all of my other one command creations. You can spawn bees with spawn eggs if you rename a bat egg to Bee.
Addons!:
Addons require the base Honeybee vanilla mod to use.

Lag Free Version! : by HippoMonk 08/08/2015 9:25:00 pmAug 8th, 2015
This vanilla mod can be pretty high in lag for some people, so their is now an alternative that is Lag-Free! To get the Lag-Free version, Click Here for the Text File or Here for the Pastebin.
The only setback is that the Bees are slightly larger, but it is only a visual change and nearly everything else is the same as the original one command block mod!
