Russia, Moscow, Yasenevo district
Here is an experimental representative of large-block panel houses based on the I-700A series, better known as the "Yasenevsky variant" of the I-700A series. Even with the eye, it is noticeable that the products of the good old series-the progenitor II-68 are used in the design of the facade of the house.
This modification was not widespread - a total of 13 houses were built.
In the houses of this series there are spacious halls, loggias with a fence made of expanded clay concrete slabs, which in turn led to the possibility of organizing an additional room on the loggia, which naturally improved the operational properties of the apartments
The main differences of the "Yasenevsky variant" from its predecessor I-700A are the characteristic double sections in which the facade part is made without stepwise projecting loggias, as well as pylons-buttresses located at the very base of the building to increase stability. The first floor of the "Yasenevsky variant" is intended for non-residential premises.
