Abilities Function Preview

This is a function that I made in like 5 hours that would be very helpful for your survival world. It allows you to get OP very quickly once you have progressed quite a bit. If it doesn't work in 1.12, use 1.12 pre-release 1 or a more updated version (if available when you see this). I have tested everything so if something doesn't work, either it's your fault or I missed something somehow.
