The work boat is an extremely versatile design, and the backbone of the fleet's logistical support. Capable of serving as both a repair and a resupply vessel, the work boat is also able to land and maneuver on water to conduct marine salvage operations.

The work boat has an internal hold with a rail conveyance system to the main deck hatch, as well as uprights for storage on-deck. There is also a landing area for smaller craft and a large a-frame winch at the stern. Steering is by feathering the two engines rather than using a stern rudder.

When I got this schematic I made one change that I thought worked well with it. Basically on the middle staircase from the main deck to the upper level I replaced that fence with one of the new 1.8 fence gates. That way there is another way up to that area from the main deck.

I didn't do that change because I didn't like your design just fyi. I can't make anything that compares the the awesomeness of your airships.

That is a good idea. I actually made the same change while I was updating all of the schematics to 1.8. I can't release updates until McEdit itself is updated, but there are actually a lot of places where the fence gates come in handy.

I kinda figured you couldn't update yet if you would at all. 1.8 is still only a leaked pre-release anyway. Also could you tell me what the landing pad is supposed to be used for I can't seem to figure it out considering neither of the ships you made for landing pads seem to fit.
