As i said before on my Discworld build, i would do Ankh-morpork 1:1.
here is a begining of that.
still needs loads of work,

planing to make it so that many houses connect from the roof tops or a sewer system. so it will be one big maze.
not sure about how servers work but it could be a cool world to fight player vs player.
