This Gothic palace was built next to the cathedral, to house the residence of the archbishop and his administration. It is divided into three parts:
- the private part, with the bishop's tower, its chapel, its library, living rooms and a cloister
- the ceremonial rooms, with the throne room and rib-vaulted reception rooms
- the administrative part, with rooms and offices organized around a cloister, which overlooks the south square of the cathedral, with the balcony of blessings
I used all the elements of Gothic architecture: ribbed vaults, twin bays topped with rosettes, flying buttresses...
