this is a multi-storied base and it needs a data pack in order to work

IMPORTANT---
to use the elevator, simply stand on the first carpet of the entrance and press SHIFT for going down and JUMP for going up.
(note- even though the pack says it is out dated, it still works)

well that's it for now and I may also add more if I think it could be improved
