This is a Cape Cod Style Home I made. It has two bedrooms Upstairs and Two bathrooms one up the other on the main level and A full kitchen and dining area. I left the back yard open to leave it up to your Imagination.

I thought that this house could definitely work on a beach or something.

Resource Pack is currently a Mix of packs with some of my own textures. (Will make it my own entirely eventually.)



I wish i could release the pack in it's current state but out of
respect for the pack makers I won't release it without permission. (and
asking is too much work lol) That being said. The build looks absolutely
fine without a pack. Here's a suggestion for an alternative though,
mikeyto1o's Modern HD Pack, it looks great with this build!
