I like the houses inside, but maybe change up the detailing of the walls? Don't really have any suggestions, but it feels and looks too flat and repetative. Cool project though!

Such a big river in the desert yet so small way through the castle for ships. I don't know how fast the river streams but it's a bottleneck that will hurt the castle walls a lot.

Shame you didn't put up more pictures of the village inside. Looking from the schemagic it looks good.
