This is my Minecraft recreation of the recently built Terminal 4 at Singapore's world renowned Changi Airport. Terminal 4, opened 31st October 2017, is a replacement to the former Changi Budget Terminal closed in 2012. The terminal has been built with a very high passenger capacity aiming to capture the growth of low-cost carriers in the region with the rising middle class of Asian countries. Though mainly designed for budget airlines, in true"changi airport fashion" the terminal delivers luxury at standards unmatched in other airports. As well as being a utilitarian building Changi favors the inclusion of art and style into its airport, with this terminal specifically the common theme seems to be of the rounded triangle shape, found in windows and lights all across the airport. I tried my best to recreate this style, but implementing rounded triangle into a medium bounded by cubes is no easy task. But even now the interior is far from completion, which is fairly ironic considering the highlight of this airport is the interior itself, if this post receives enough diamonds I may consider finishing it.
