City Update 7

Never thought I'd post another city update but here we are. I moved to Berlin and suddenly had way too much spare time.
I do hope I will complete the asylum in the future as it is the most complicated and historically significant project I've ever started. It is inspired by the large psychiatric hospitals erected in Sweden during the 1930's, one of which I've visited.
Other than that I've just added some more buildings and reworked the grid and waterways a lot.
