A couple of years back, I posted what I pretentiously called "The Ultimate Greenhouse". As it turns out, that wasn't just arrogant, but also plain wrong. Because this greenhouse – this time I went with the more modest descriptor "classic" – is simply superior in every way.
I started with the same basic layout, but changed it in a few key places to make the interior a little less cramped. Not only were the two blocks of additional width I added to the central part all that was needed to do away with any spatial constraints, they inadvertently ended up improving the proportions of the façade, as well.
This is what finally inspired me to go ahead and change the materials to complete the visual renovation. Now, it basically looks like what I see in my mind's eye when I think of a greenhouse. The fact that the texture pack I use gives it an almost Victorian look is just icing on the cake.
