cottage schematics

So I have always wanted to live in an old 1880s-1910s cottage, A few weeks ago I started looking at houses and decided that I would build one or two for myself. These cottages are small, 3 room, full interior and I built a few variants.
I built these cottages myself, I built them with the intent that you could use them but there are some rules.
1. ASK FIRST
2. GIVE ME CREDIT
3. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR BUILD IS OUT
The 3rd rule is mainly because I would love to actually see the build
I used the makeup ultrafast shader for this and Yuushya texture pack.
