Hi guys, today I am showcasing a recently built, Neo Farmhouse style 2020's suburban home I created in the neighborhood of Pinecrest, in a 1:1.5 scale. This is the first house in the Pinecrest Series, which is an upscale fictional suburban neighborhood located in the city of Plymouth, an Esterlon Network project. This was completely built by myself, Des9301, with no use of mods, only using the Esterlon Recourse Pack.

Pinecrest is a small, upper-class neighborhood located in the southern suburbs of the City of Plymouth, a Realism Society Project. Built in the last 2 years, this home is a four-level brick Neo Farmhouse. The house features a 3 car garage, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a tree-lined backyard, proximity to shopping, and close access to highways. The neighborhood is surrounded by many custom homes built in the early 2020s. The house is partially furnished. Just close to the property is a Sheetz, convenient if you need something in a pinch. Many other wealthy neighborhoods are nearby. The exterior and floorplan were built by myself, Des9301, with no use of Mods, just the Esterlon Resource Pack.
